Phillips Heating & Air

My drain line was clogged, and I had water leaking from my unit and backing up into my house. I had an idea of what to do and flushed the lines but wanted to make sure that I had been successful in fully opening up the clog. My unit was overdue for a regular servicing anyway so I called Phillips. They sent Andy Doering out within hours of my call on July 3, 2019. Andy was awesome. I told him what was going on. He blew out the drain line to ensure that it was fully open. He went ahead and serviced my unit while he was here...Did a great job: pleasant, professional, and efficient. I was very pleased with my experience with Phillips Heating and Air. They didn't charge me an arm & a leg, and I got peace of mind that I wouldn't have to worry about my unit backing up again in the immediate future as well as getting the okay on the unit as a whole. A+ service from the office staff to the home visit. I had been a long time customer of Halls before they went out of business so have not had a regular service to call for a while now. I was pleased with my experience with Phillips and plan on using them in future for regular service and repair as needed.

It went extremely well. They were prompt, professional, did the work under uncomfortable conditions and ndash; when the furnace went out it was extremely cold. Service was quick and he explained everything we needed to know. He came back after the initial installation to make a few fine adjustments. I would be happy to use them again.

Overall they were good, I think it was a good experience. They were prompt, the work they seemed to do was good and the units have worked perfectly since they come by. They were courteous and efficient. They came in the time they stated they would come.
