David was extremely professional and competent. He recommended against installing shutoff valves that would likely have caused future problems, and this was appreciated. He took care of the leaking faucet valve and a couple of other unrelated items I asked about, and the charges were very reasonable. We had used him to install a toilet a couple years ago and were very pleased with his service at that time, so called him for this job. Will call him for future jobs, if needed.

It went wonderfully. He listened and checked. The hot water piping was getting warm and moving against the wall studs. There was no leak. He was honest; HE DID NOT TELL ME OR CHARGE ME FOR ANYTHING EXTRA WHEN HE COULD HAVE. I also asked something about a different toilet. He solved that and the new part was only $10. I would recommend him to anyone. It took a few days to be an appointment, because people have heard great reviews about him. Mine was not urgent, I had been hearing it for a while. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

Turns out it wasn't leaking at all but he stopped to verify this in honor of his one year warranty and spent a few minutes suggesting some options elsewhere in the bathroom where moisture was causing problems in the shower.

Our kitchen sink began spewing water from faucet and when we tried to turn off at valves under sink and we found they were leaking and could not be shut off. We contacted David from One 4 Plumbing and he came out at the appointed time and fixed everything! Replaced shut off valves and corrected faucet problem. He also checked our water pressure and found it was over twice the amount it should be! He quoted us a price on a new water pressure regulator and we had him come back out to install it. Both jobs were done professionally and perfectly and we will use him again!

I have never been unhappy with David's work. He's been my plumber now for years and he always does an excellent job.

Great experience. Came out as promised, got work done quickly, and didn't charge a whole lot for labor (parts were expensive as a sump pump had to be replaced). Gave a fair price on the parts that he installed and offered advice to help homeowner better manage the situation in the future, as I haven't had any experience with using a sump pump. I have followed his advice and it has been good advice. Only small caveat was that he showed up about one hour later than we had discussed on the phone, however in his defense I had let him know I was flexible about time and he did call more than once to give me an update on when he would be arriving. So in general not a big problem.

Well, I arrived at my home 10 minutes before I was expecting Mr. David Wilbourn's appointment at 3pm. Mr. Wilbourn was waiting for me when I arrived to my residence. (What a nice surprise!) David entered the house and took measurements of the sink that was being replaced and took measurements of the sink we had purchased at Lowe's. The sole purpose of the new configeration of the kitchen sink was to allow the water filtration system to be installed as part of the faucet area. When I purchased the water filtration system at Lowe's and asked for a recommendation for someone to install it, they stated that they didn't know anyone to do this. My daughter was having problems with her water filtration system and she called one 4 plumbing and they came out to her house and promptly fixed it. So based on her recommendation, I called David Wilbourn to install mine. He was very professional, gave us an accurate estimate, and completed the work and cleaned up part of my kitchen floor as it had rained and he was concerned about making a mess. He was a pleasure to talk to and he diligently made sure I understood what he was doing and why. He figured out a great way to installed the 3 filters without causing eye damage to the exterior part of cabinet that housed the sink. i would recommend Mr. David Wilbourn to anyone needing plumbing work. Total cost was a little expensive but workmanship and end results were worth it!!

Overall, it was good. They guy knew how to do everything correctly. I only had a problem with when he was under the house to drain the water heater, he misaligned the HVAC system. It caused water to come into my crawlspace, but I don't think he was aware that it had happened. However, he was very professional and did great work.

The gentleman who came out did not call ahead of time. He showed up and said that the deal included replacing an old faucet for a new one. I expected him to change how my faucet was arranged. He did do some things that I asked him to do. The work he did extra for me was good.

David was very courteous and friendly. He called to confirm our appointment and made it right on time. While he was flushing the water heater, he explained what he was doing and why it was important. He answered all my questions and gave me a reasonable quote for a replacement water heater for when I have to replace mine in the future.

David did a great job in fixing the leak and it has not leaked since. He replaced a pipe.

Plumber talked my wife into replacing two frost free outside faucets with regular faucets. He used concrete to seal faucets into brick. Trouble is the concrete crumbled and fell out a month later on one of the faucets. Repeated calls with messages go un returned. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER!!!

I was very impressed by David's ability to explain details to me and also to advise items that I could take care of myself that a lot of other plumbers would charge. He answered questions on future projects I wanted to do such as replacing a shower head, etc. I was very happy that he fixed the items on my kitchen faucet. I would be glad to recommend him to others.

I was not pleased. They could not get to the place where the hose came out from under the crawlspace. He said that he would put another hose connection on the side of the house. The faucet is very loose when you pull on it and comes out from the bricks. I didn’t feel like he knew what he was doing. He did show up on time and he tried to do what I asked him to do. It was not a good experience.

I've been looking for a good plumber, and I have found that with David. This was the first Angie's deal I had purchased, as I decided it was a good means to try out a plumber. He came right on time and was very courteous and personable. He replaced our outdoor leaky faucet, and had enough time before his next call to fix our master bathroom drain, which has never drained properly the entire time we owned the home - until now, hooray! While at our home for the first two issues, he gave us a quote to add in a new outdoor faucet as we only had outdoor faucets on the back of the house and nothing near the front. We we happy with the work on the first call, we did hire him to do the additional work as well, and we are highly likely to call him again in the future if we need a plumber.

That was excellent. It is a special type of faucet that they replaced for me. They're a good company and I think you'd be pleased if you used them.

Working with David was great. After purchasing the offer, I called him to schedule and he even offered to stop by that afternoon (except that I had a work scheduling conflict) -- instead, he said he would stop by the following day at lunch time. He arrived early (yes, early!), which is obviously a great start to any contracting experience. He talked me through his diagnosis of the problem and explained everything in an appropriate level of detail. I agreed to have the water heater replaced, and expected to have to reschedule, but he was able to get a unit from a local retailer and install immediately. The installation went flawlessly and I immediately had my hot water pressure restored. Everything about my interaction with David was extremely professional -- as I understand it, he is a one man show, so my calls when direct to him, he scheduled and arrived on time, and I paid directly via credit card when we were complete. To top things off, although he easily could have charged my $75 Angie's List coupon and the water heater install at full price, but instead volunteered to credit the coupon towards the water heater replacement, which saved me some money. I would describe my experience with David as the type of contractor that I have "seen on TV" and know would be great to work with -- absolutely professional, clean, on time, etc. and would wholeheartedly recommend him to all of my friends and colleagues. I look forward to working with him in the future should other issues come up.

When I call for service he came on the same afternoon and fix the problem with out any inconvenience.
