Description of Work: Service was performed in 2005, outside the 3 year margin of review applicability. My experience doesn't reflect changes the company may have made more recently, but it might be of historical interest to some. I ceased attempts to contact Evergreen after 4 years. The project was to add a flagstone veneer over an existing patio and front walkway. New concrete was added to the patio, slightly changing its shape. The new concrete never bonded to the old and split away within a year. The mortar or grout in which the flagstones were embedded never hardened properly and began to wash out almost immediately; after the second year, flagstones were loose and rocking. I had kept the grout misted during curing to prevent drying out and sealed it afterward to no avail. I'm not going to speculate here on what went wrong. I caution neighbors who are thinking of hiring Evergreen and suggest they look at my walkway as a 10 yr projection.
