They arrived promptly which I always appreciate. I'm very pleased with the quality results and professional demeanor they displayed. They even repaired and touched up a couple of places outside the scope of the job at no additional costs. I plan to use them again and definitely recommend them! I felt they charged a fair and reasonable price as well.

Used their service last year, was very pleased with the work they did so I called them back again. As before they were very professional on the job. They show up on time, ready to work. Always clean up thoroughly when they are finished. The outside columns did not end up looking as good as new, they looked better than new!! Beautiful job! Will be calling them again.

After we asked for a price to paint the house, he gave us an immediate date to look at the house and he showed up when he said he would. He responded within a day or two with a written quote and a contract. After a couple of modifications we told him we wanted him to do the job and he gave us an estimated starting time for the painting and said he would call a few days before to do the power washing. He called several days before the estimated starting date and said it would take him an extra day to complete the job he was currently working on and he would start one day later, he also gave us the day for the washing. He arrived the day he said he would and did a very good job of washing the house. He showed up to start painting on the day he said he would and began painting. He was hampered by a particularly rainy spell but he continued working when it was not raining until he finished. He did a very professional job, as expected and he was very pleasant to deal with through out the entire period. I would not hesitate to recommend Donald to my friends and relatives and I will certainly call upon him when I have need for painting services again.

Donald Bradford did a great job painting our front porch area and his pricing was very reasonable. He was very professional and punctual. He was also made a great suggestion to improve the integrity of the porch lip over the steps. I highly recommend Donald Bradford Painting and will gladly hire him again for any future jobs.

Had a slight delay because of court duty and flu sickness but other than that there was basicly no problems. This is a husband and wife team and it took two weeks to get the work done once they got started. For this type of work, everything they do is "arms stretched over head" (removing, striping, mudding, sanding, mudding and sanding again and then painting) and they took much needed breaks.

Donald was "as advertised". The work was excellent, he was very punctual and you couldn't tell he had been in the house when he was done. Communication was great and he did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it. What more could anyone ask for?

The Bradfords are FANTASTIC. We'd hired them in the past to paint the entire interior of our rental condo and then we hired them again to paint about half of the interior of our primary home. We couldn't be happier with the quality of work performed or the extremely fair price for the work. We trusted the Bradfords to do the work under minimum supervision and their professionalism and integrity didn't let us down. Great people, great work!

The results were phenomenal. The house looks brand new. Donald was prompt in starting when he said he would and took many extra steps along the way. There was a water lead that Donald noticed and he shut off water values to keep it from getting worse. This type of consideration is important.

We had Mr. Bradford do our ceilings downstairs in living room, kitchen, etc. in September. He did a great job and we gave him an A rating in every category. Once again, we could not be happier with the job he and his wife did. They found any flaw in the ceilings, once they were scraped, and fixed them. The ceilings look perfect. I have read that when you scrape acoustic (popcorn) ceilings, you will end up with ceilings showing every flaw. Not true with this company! Every detail was taken care of without me having to say a word. No, I am not related and do not know them personally! If I ever need painting done in the future, I will wait until they are available! Very happy experience!

Donald Bradford and his skilled team did an amazing job of transforming our older townhome/condo from tired blah to total "WOW!" They repaired walls that were damaged when I removed old wallpaper, they fixed the long history of holes and dings, smoothed old blemishes and flaws, and thoroughly painted all ceilings, walls, wainscoting, crown molding, trim, and interior doors. The result is better than we ever imagined possible. We are so pleased with the outcome. The team worked diligently to complete the job and left our home clean and tidy. We will call Donald Bradford for all of our future painting needs.

We were so pleased with the work Donald Bradford recently did on the interior of our home that we contracted him to do the entire exterior. Donald Bradford and his highly skilled team did an outstanding job on our older townhome/condo and garage. They removed old gutters, repaired all damaged exterior areas, thoroughly caulked all areas requiring it, re-glazed windows, and thoroughly painted all exterior surfaces, doors, trim, soffits, and so forth. The team's extensive experience and skill really shows. The exterior looks great and we're confident their work will protect and keep it looking great for years to come. In addition, the team was very neat, courteous to neighbors, and left our outdoor areas clean and tidy. We will call Donald Bradford for all of our future painting needs.

There were some scheduling problems initially but well worth the wait. I can't say enough about what a great job they did. I will definately use them in the future to paint the whole interior of our home. Besides doing a great job they cleaned up every bit of mess. I would highly recommend them.

Donald and his crew, which includes his wife, showed up on time and ready to work. They painted our large family room which had been a dark color with a lighter color. It turned out just beautiful! They used tarps and covered all the windows. They also painted our kitchen, long hallway, guest bathroom, and pantry closet. All of our rooms have high ceilings. Donald and his wife were the primary workers on this job, but he also brought in other workers to supplement the effort. Donald was thoroughly-competent and highly-professional throughout the job. In fact, we had used another company to do part of the work previously, and that experience had been so bad that we were more than a little reluctant to jump back in to finish the job. Donald was the complete opposite of our prior experience. He repaired the poor quality of work that had been done previously, and he tackled the rest of the project with confidence and skill. Donald's work ethic and his pride of workmanship was evident in all that he did. Each day, he ensured that he left the job clean and orderly, and we had very little disruption to our day-to-day activities. His careful work, along with his use of the right equipment, resulted in very little dust on what could have been a very messy house (trust me, I had that experience from our previous contractor). I would strongly recommend Donald Bradford for this type of work! We will be using him again for additional painting projects at our house.

Everything was really good. We were impressed and will go with them when we get ready for the project.

Donald is very skilled at painting trim will oil-based paint. The crown and baseboard moldings, as well as door trim, were beautifully painted. Patty spackled nail holes with great expertise. Donald's caulking was straight and even. I believe a great caulker is a gift from God. This is repeat business for Donald and Patty. They had done excellent painting for me in June, 2012. As an added bonus, top-rated paint, Benjamin Moore, was recommended and used.

Not good. Nobody responded or showed. Guess they don't need any business.

We had 20-year old, poorly prepped wallpaper removed, ceiling and wall sheet rock finished, and painting done in three bedrooms. The completed work was wonderful! I was amazed at how quickly they finished the job, as well! Very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend Mr. Bradford to all my friends and family, and will use them again in the future.

Donald did an exceptional job. His price was very reasonable and he kept me informed on his estimated start and finish dates throughout the project. The house had been very poorly maintained with old style wallpaper that had to be removed and many sizable gouges and holes in the drywall. Donald repaired these so that the walls looked new.
