I liked the personal attention I got at the beginning and that it was a locally owned company. However, I was under the impression that he would supervise the work but I felt that he left workers there that were not properly trained for the work we needed. We ended up having to do some small things ourselves.

A week ago, I called Jackie Tipton and told him I was tired of my outdoor faucets leaking for the past two years. He came out and looked at them. He said they needed new internal gaskets, but didn't have the right ones with him to fix the problem. I suggested I could contact the manufacturer, Legend, and ask them to send replacements. I did that and then called Jackie to come back out and install them. He said he'd be out today, early in the morning. But he called yesterday and said he had another job that he couldn't do because of weather and asked if he could come to my house. I said OK and he showed up about an hour later (yesterday). The day before Jackie came, I powerwashed my front porch and sidewalk. When Jackie arrived, he and his shoes were covered in red Alabama clay which he tracked across my sidewalk and up onto my newly-cleaned front porch. I was apalled. I gave him the new faucets and he promptly installed them. He didn't charge me for the work and I didn't offer to pay him anything (I would have if it hadn't been for the mud). After he left, I tried to wash the red mud off my sidewalk and porch. It didn't come off with just a hose and water. So, at some future date when the weather is more cooperative, I will have to powerwash it again . In one of this company's previous jobs for me, they installed a new toilet. Later, that toilet leaked water on my bathroom floor. I discovered the problem was the tank bolts were not tight enough and I tightened them myself (which fixed the problem). I do not plan to hire this company again.

Jackie arrived a day early to run pressure analysis to correctly diagnose hot water pressure valve leak(no charge). This thoughly impressed me right away, also saved me a lot of money. The next day, all faucets, repairs, and installations went in same day. Very professional operation. This is a company you can trust.
