+ 0 moreThe remodel went reasonably well, with a few delays and minor cost overruns. The new home construction was 6 months late and way, way over cost. Did not properly oversee work crews which lead to delays and additional costs.
Description of Work: Remodeled an old farmhouse (2003) then built a new custom home (2005) designed by an architect.
