THE SERVICE WENT GREAT. I CALLED THIS MORNING AND ITS NOW 3:00 AND MY DISHWASHER IS UP AND WORKING. THE FIRST REPAIRMAN I CALLED SAID IT WOULD BE THREE TO FIVE DAYS BEFORE THEIR GUY COULD CHECK IT OUT. DONT CALL WEATHERS FOR SERVICE CALL BONDS. SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS.

Description of Work: Repaired our side-by-side refrigerator, which quit cooling. The tech found that dust & grime was preventing the proper operation of a small fan at the back of the unit. Cleaning was all it needed. The tech answered all of our questions in a very clear & understandable manner and was quite cheerful. | |This was our first experience with Bonds. We will use them again and recommend them to others.

The repair technician came on the day promised and called ahead of time to verify that the time was good for us. When he arrived, he was cheerful and courteous but got right to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a fan that was no longer working due to accumulated lint & dirt. Cleaning the fan restored the refrigerator/freezer to full operation. My wife and I asked him several questions which he very clearly answered, such as the correct way to clean the coils beneath the refrigerator. He was very patient with us as he explained several other things about our refrigerator. The tech even answered some questions we had about our oven. In addition to being knowledgeable, he was very adept at explaining technical issues in ways easily understood. When done, the tech cleaned up after himself and put the refrigerator back in place. He also waited a few minutes to verify that the refrigerator was working properly.

All my wife and I ever wanted was to have our riding mower repaired, so that it would not "die," half-way through the grass mowing season. I was treated very rudely, within their store, as I was attempting to, again, describe the simptons and my disatisifaction with previous repairs . . . the Customer Service Representative that I was describing the scenario to, walked away from me, in mid-sentence . . . left the building, as I was at the Customer Service Counter . . . gave no indication to me what the status of the repairs were. My subsequent attempts to get an accounting of the repairs, an itemized billing, BEFORE I made payment have been ignored by the owner; ownly after having lodged complaints with the mower's manufacturer, the Better Business Bureau and their city's Chamber of Commerce, have I gotten the owner's attention (have learned via the BBB that he will mail an accounting to me).
Description of Work: My complaint has been, for the last three, or four mowing seasons, that our riding mower does not complete a season, without its failing to start . . . even with purchasing several new batteries, the mower reaches a point that it just will NOT start. This factory-authorized dealer just keeps replacing batteries, seeminly, never actually correcting what is CAUSING the batteries to degrade/fail. The dealer has failed to give me an accounting, either verbal, or written, as to what services they have done, this March/April, 2009; all they will present is the amount they want to be paid . . . but not what they DID, nor what HAS BEEN THE PROBLEM . . . pay up, first, then we might tell you! No cost "estimate" was ever given . . . I cannot, even, find out what is WRONG with my mower, that causes multiple batteries to "fry!"
