Description of Work: bought home built in 1998 and was referred to this company by realtors crye-leike. Had a shower pipe blow on Saturday and phoned owner. He said quickest he could come was Tuesday and would touch base with me Tuesday morning. I waited until 11:45 and left message. He returned phone call a week later and apologized. Job ended up being replacement of most pipes and fixtures in both bathrooms. Did have to find another company as I had to shut my water off until a plumber could arrive.
