Excellent response time and very reasonable pricing. Will never call anyone else!

I spoke to a man from the competition, in this area, and he did not have any suggestions or recommendations for installation, except that we needed a new air conditioning unit. He did not recommend an additional return vent, in the room that stays the hottest Robert's air conditioningwe above and beyond. We had an installation in april and now it is almost october. During the first visit they looked at everything carefully and told me what they would recommend. They did not feel the blower needed to be replaced, but we wanted a bigger unit, so we had a 3 1/2 ton blower installed for the new 3 1/2 ton air conditioner. They felt we needed an additional return vent to assist in air flow, which they installed. They filled a 1-2 ft. diameter hole we had in the kitchen ceiling, going to the attic. They (under the owners instruction) replaced all the copper from the attic to the unit outside (with out being asked). They cleaned up their mess. Upon our return, in July, our house would not cool down, and they sent men over within 1 hour. Something came apart in the blower and they fixed it, and we did not get charged a penny. Further, one of the owners stopped bye frequently to make sure the job was getting done peoperly.

Woke up and air was blowing hot. Called and they had someone out within a hour. Service tech was very friendly and had the problem fixed quickly. Bad capacitor. He cleaned the coils as well.

All of our contacts and service calls have been satisfactory. We plan to continue to use them for any service of our HVAC needs.

I called Roberts, who have serviced our equipment before. As like last time, they came out very quickly (same day), found and fixed the problem. Problem was with a drain/hose that triggered the system to shut itself down..... issue was fixed and unit back up and running. Condo was cooled and ready for the 4:00 guest check-in. After, I signed a maintenance agreement with Roberts so that we can keep the system in good shape and prevent outages.

I called them on a Sunday afternoon. Had a leak coming from the bottom of the air conditioner. They came out very quickly and found and fixed the problem. As he predicted over the phone, it was a clogged drain...but the air conditioning that was leaking was at a rental condo and I was not there to try to check it out. So he went, unclogged it, checked over the unit, and all is well.

The Technician, Steve, came on time and went about his business. (We have two units). After about an hour I was getting worried that this may be more than I had bargained for because, these days, anyone that works more than an hour wants an arm and a leg. Check up was good and price was as agreed. Very satisfied. I told the Technician I used Roberts because of Angie's List and that I would do a good review. He replied they had been in business a long time and you don't stay in business unless you do a good job.

I would highly recommend them. They are honest and prompt. I called them one day when I needed something and was happy with them and that is the reason I have stuck with them. I would use them again in the future.

Needed the unit cleaned and serviced before using. The house had been occupied by a smoker. Called to set up appointment. I only had a small window of time. They were able to send someone out during that time period. Very reasonably priced. Many of the neighbors in that area use that company and all that I talked to are satisfied with the company.

Can't say enough good about Roberts. Did everything when they were suppose to do it and did an excellent job. I own a couple of condos and will use them whenever I need them.
