Description of Work: I called ReMax of Gulf Shores because they were closer than most agents. We live in Foley. The agent I was put in touch with was Susan Petty, who subsequently did become our agent. My husband and I were in the market for a small home in the Foley area. We had driven by one home we liked already and I told Susan about it. She arranged for us to see it, and also sent me a list of comparable homes in the area. We weren't looking for a very expensive home and Susan always respected our budget and desires. She was wonderful to work with. She promptly returned calls, texts and emails. We ended up buying the home we initially liked and Susan was extremely helpful in providing names of companies for the due diligence inspections, ie overall home inspection, well testing, surveyors, etc. Closing was as pleasant and painless as it could be.

Description of Work: She drove me around looking for houses, helped me with all the paperwork and applying for a mortgage.
