James did a good job and was very helpful in troubleshooting my problem. He did all he could to fix my clogged drain in the laundry. Unfortunately, the problem requires a contractor to fix my problem. I still recommend James for most clog problems.

James was quick to contact me initially, and even offered to help me troubleshoot the issue before having to pay for him to come out. Turns out I needed him for an emergency hot water heater replacement (not the reason of my first call) and he came the next day, did an incredibly professional job, was super friendly, and had very fair pricing. I would trust James to do any type of plumbing job and plan to use him again for some future projects.
