Problems on top of problems. It took them over 3 months to get one brand new system to operate properly. Another unit, a mini-split, continues to give us problems--so far it's had multiple malfunctions and the line(s) have clogged up twice, overflowing and ruining cabinets in the process. It currently has its second Freon leak, which we are paying a different company to fix. Technicians are courteous, responsive and incompetent.
Description of Work: Replacement & installation of new HVAC units in November 2015.
