 + -1 moreI found them on Angie's List and have used them before but did not realize it. He did a really good job and came on time. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and we are really happy with what he did
Description of Work: I used Emerald Coast Carpet Cleaning to clean and Scotchgard my 15 steps, which kind of bend in the middle. He also cleaned a path upstairs and cleaned and Scotchgarded a large path downstairs.

 + -1 moreContractor was 1 1/2 hours late. Technician was professional but not at all friendly. He only spoke to us to apologize for his tardiness, to determine cleaning area and to give us the bill. I asked if he could add a chair and he said he didn't have time. He couldn't take credit card payments, I had to call it into the office and it took a couple of calls to reach someone.
