Coastal Alabama Cooling

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! I called for a diagnosis and possibly a repair for my outdoor unit that quit on me last night. The techs came out and ?tried? to diagnose the issue but had absolutely no idea what they were doing. It is very obvious that they are not properly trained or qualified for the role. After about an hour of messing with my unit a tech walks up to me and asks to see my inside unit. I ask him how things are going and he said ? I think I just blew up your compressor? in shock I said well how do you know and he said ?I hooked something up wrong?. I spoke with one of the owners which is just absolutely rude and did not want to hear that they did anything wrong. I stated I called you to fix my unit and yet it is still not running and the techs left the power turned off and still billed me. He was just trying to make it my fault and not take responsibility for anything. PLEASE do yourself a favor and find someone else CAPABLE!!!!

Richard & Luke arrived promptly on time. They did a thorough inspection of our HVAC system and provided plenty of pictures of what they did and what issues they found. Very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions

Richard is a complete professional and knows his stuff! Clean, reliable, on time, got straight to work and worked carefully, but quickly. He and his helper Luke never slacked off and got a complete HVAC replacement done faster than expected. Although I will probably never need another system, if I do, he is the only one I would call. And I will sing his praises to anyone I come across who needs help with theirs.
