They did an fantastic job. Its an beautiful job. I was so thrilled, so thrilled. I have no idea if its an fair price.

Description of Work: |I had water leaking about a foot down from the ceiling in the corner of my utility room. The young man did an excellent job cutting out the drywall and placing a cover for the hole but it but did not show what the problem was. He checked the attic and said he thought it may be leaking from the dryer vent that ran along the attic area up to the roof. Evidently he doesn't do that type repair, so I still have the problem.

 + -1 moreWe have a condo in Orange Beach, but live in Wisconsin. The toilet was wobbly and need to be fixed. After multiple attempts with other plumbers in the area, we were put in touch with Bruce's. They were contacted in the afternoon and were there the next morning. They researched the problem and determined it was a broken closet flange. It was fixed and ready to go for our guests. - The price was reasonable and we will definitely use them again.

He was scheduled to come the day before...and was running late due to a major water leak / emergency by another customer... since ours was not urgent, we rescheduled to the next day. he came on time the next day and got everything fixed. I have used him before and will continue.

 + -1 moreA renter in our condo reported that a toilet in the upstairs bathroom was leaking onto the floor. I called Bruce's plumbing and he went to the condo that day to check the toilet. He could not find a leak, and he checked all 3 toilets in the condo.

He and his crew did a great job quickly (in and out the same day) and left everything clean and neat. His prices was reasonable and competitive. We will use his services again without hesitation. Highly recommend!
Description of Work: Replaced all the old polybutylene water pipes in our 30 year condo. Also replaced the shower/tub faucet and the sink faucet in the bathroom.

He was doing another job near by, so everything worked out well. He saw what was to be done. Gave me a quote and was there the next day at 8:00am. Even though Bruce was very busy Friday, he was able to fit us in and get the work completed. We have used him a number of times and will continue to do so...

 + -1 moreI called Bruce on a Saturday and within 1 hour he was on the job site! He fixed the leak and looked into another small issue we had. He was professional, quick, and got the job done. Once the new guests checked in later that day, they reported back to me that the leak was fixed and that there was no mess left behind! We will keep his name for future plumbing needs.
Description of Work: Had a toilet leak reported to us by a renter. Water had to be turned off until fixed. Very inconvenient for our condo renters.

 + -1 moreHe put a grinder in for about 1/2 of the nearest competitor and then when my sink needed replacing he said, let me check, I think that has a lifetime guarantee. We've had it for about 13 years and sure enough it was so he just saved me another $300 for the sink.

Description of Work: Bruce came by promptly after we contacted him to gives us an estimate on hooking up a convenience meter to our irrigation system.  + -1 moreI couldn't be more pleased that Bruce did the work. He was very prompt, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He left the work area clean and, of course, reminded me that those kinds of cleaning solutions shouldn't be used at all. I'm forwarding that knowledge to everyone I know. I feel that the price charged was fair for the work done and feel comfortable that the problem is solved. I would't hesitate to call on Bruce again and will pass my experience on to the staff at the Condo complex.
Description of Work: The housekeeper who cleans our rental condo had been using a blue colored toilet bowl cleaner that she put in the tank so that the bowl contained the cleaning solution after every flush. Over time the blue coloring seeped into the gasket between the toilet and the floor. This happened on both toilets in the unit. I initially contacted Matt Boehm of Boehm Pluming who was recommended by Tommy Robinson of Robinson Electric (see report). Matt was booked two weeks out but recommended Bruce Burge of Bruce's Plumbing, LLC. I phoned him describing my problem and he said he could come by in about three hours. He was able to come earlier. He surveyed the situation, told me what needed done and quoted a price, which I accepted. He started work immediately and had completed the entire job in just under two hours. Bruce explained that the solution contained bleach which deteriorated the seals and other mechanisms in the toilet tanks. He replaced all needed parts on two Toto toilets.
