Description of Work: Inspection and cleaning.

Description of Work: I have used this service three different times on different condo units. The service is always prompt, professional, and reasonable. I have never had an issue with any of the units again. When they fixed it, they fixed it right the first time. I consider them "my" heating and AC people! I always feel like it's kind of a gamble when I hire service companies, but this one is a winner.

Description of Work: Air One Heating & Cooling was first contacted by me when our cooling system became practically non-existant. Everything was working but the interior temperature followed the exterior temperature and actually increased during the day even with the system running non-stop. Mr. Stowe took my call, came out that same day, made some basic readings of the system, and began an inspection that finally led him to the cooling coil in the attic. There was a minute leak on the coil itself that was so small that the system degraded over a period of months and not noticable until total failure. The coils were totally iced over and absolutely NO home cooling was occuring. He thawed out the coils, re-charged the system, explained that that was only a temporary fix, the cooling unit would have to be replaced, and that we would be ok until it was replaced. He then logged the model and serial number of the cooling unit and began asking me questions about how long it had been in service, etc. Unknown to me at the time but when he ordered the unit and returned to replace it he had been working behind the scenes with the company to argue in my behalf that it should be covered under warranty because of the idle time it had sit until the time we actually closed on the home and moved in and began using it. This saved me about $900.....the cost of a new and upgraded cooling unit. The problem was resolved in two trips. The initial call and visit isolated the problem and a temporary fix was made. The cooling unit was replaced, system recharged, and final tests performed on the second and final visit made. We have been comfortable and the system has be working in the background without a further thought from us. The second and final trip was very labor intensive and required cutting of copper lines, electrical work, and precision fitting to the system's base unit.

Description of Work: I used Air One to install a 6' commercial vent hood system in one of our stores. He did an excellent job of dealing with the city inspectors and got the job done on time.

Description of Work: Air One , { Lonnie , the Owner] Lonnie was referred to me by my neighbor. My Central Air wasn't cooling. I needed my air fixed NOW. I have never had any luck with finding an honest person to fix my central air. I called Lonnie and got the answering machine, and left a message, and to my surprise he returned my call within a few minutes. When he got here, he go t to work right away, and as he worked, I was asking him questions concerning my central air, and he listened and answered my questions to where I could understand his answers and without being condescending. Within a few minutes, he knew what the problem was and fixed the unit, and cool air was on again. I am very pleased with his work, and I recommend him to any one who needs their cental air ,and heating unit fixed
