It took several months before they got to me, because they are quite busy, but I was not in a big hurry. They did an excellent job; it looks great! They re-used my brick and did a good job of matching the mortar. They removed the whole area around the cracks, cleaned it up, and then re-assembled it. They also redid some brickwork under a downspout and that looks nice as well. They put new molding and lintel around the garage.

Jerred contacted me and scheduled the work after I made the initial call to him. Arrived promptly and completed the work in a timely manner. The quality of the work is excellent as well as the costs associated with the repairs being very reasonable. We will definitely call on Cantrell Construction again for other repair and building needs.

Great work. Mortar matches original 20 year old brick. Showed up on time, completed work quickly, and made other minor repairs to the brick work on my home for minimal charge.

Cantrell Contracting LLC The company preformed a variety of task in accomplishing our renovation/repair. There were leaks in the lower level of our home. Correcting this problem required both interior and exterior work, including removing trim from interior windows, removing three sets of triple casement windows. These are very heavy double pane, wood windows with aluminum clad outside. Four men were required to accomplish this task safely. The windows were not installed properly originally and required carpentry work to re-frame and square windows. The windows now operate properly! We had not been able to open some of these windows for years. Drywall replacement and refinishing was also required as well as trim replacement. Problems with the leaks around the windows required exterior work as well. The outer wall was removed down to the studs to check for damage. Inferior work was also found here. Sheathing was removed and replaced. Wall was sealed with ty-vek. Windows on upper level and double doors on lower level were sealed. New lintels were placed above the lower doors for more support. Finally the outer wall was replaced. Work was done in a timely manner. Workmen were polite and answered all of my questions. They did a good job of protecting our deck and cleaning up work site when finished.

Said everything was in order with foundation. Gave us some hints on a slight moisture problem we experienced. Very knowledgeable, thorough inspection, didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. Open and honest with us. will use in future if needed.

Everything went very smoothly. The project included a lot of interior work (reframing, drywall, etc), as well as exterior work (new roofing, siding, etc). The small addition that they added to our roofline blends in flawlessly. We are very pleased!!

Mr. Cantrell does excellent work. However, he is very unreliable. It took numerous phone calls and several weeks to get him to come out perform the work. When he finally did show up, he did a good job and completed the job in a timely manner. I asked him to provide estimates for additional home repairs that I estimate were going to total in the $10k range. Even after multiple phone calls he never showed up to provide the estimate. After 4 months, I guess it's time to give up on him.

Excellent. They did an awesome job. They matched new brick with old brick. You can't tell that any work was ever done. Jared was very professional, showed up on time, and finished within a reasonable time.

This project went really smoothly. Jared and Josh arrived promptly, worked quickly, and did quality work. You can't even tell that the exterior door has been bricked over. He took extra time to make everything match up with the existing brick, even meticulously cutting out some old brick to make the pieces meld better.

I had some foundation work done on my house. The foundation problems had caused several problems with the brick veneer including cracks and uneven brickwork (a section under one window had bulged out a little). Masonscapes was recommended by the company that did the foundation work. Jerred came out and gave me a estimate and described how he would repair the several spots that needed it. He finished the work on time and was very professional. I was very pleased with his work as my brickwork looked "good as new" It has now been 3 years and it still looks good.

In selling our house the home inspector found some minor problems. Mr Cantrell came out, gave me a quick quote and scheduled for this week Monday or Tuesday. It rained over the weekend so he could not make it Monday so he showed on Tuesday. He and his team showed up, went right to work, completed their work very efficiently and was spot on with his quote. No unpleasant surprises and professional.

The contact person’s name is Jarad Cantrell. The job they did went very well. I was extremely pleased with the quality of their work. The estimate process with them was a good experience and also with their advice. I found their reputation to be good on Angie’s list because the others had used them and had given me positive feedback about the good quality of work by this company. Their price was probably about average but for the work that they did, it was good. Others might not consider it as good but from what I got out of them, I thought I got my money’s worth. I will use their services again in the future and I’m actually thinking about that.

Owner Jared Cantrell was the foreman on the job and was very prompt, communicative, and skilled. His crew worked liked beavers, and did an excellent job on this extensive repair. The new brick work was indistinguishable from the original from some 40 years ago. Did good clean up. When we replaced a window a few weeks later, he came back and did a very complicated fitting job because the window opening was out of plumb. Again excellent work.
