I called Mr. Pritchard, because I had just successfully hired a full time employee for my family business who is to start next week. Due to the recent expansion of my small business, I needed to do some very quick rearrangements to my current office situation. Part of that being the painting of the walls in two of my office’s rooms. I called Mr. Pritchard and explained what I needed to have done and the short time frame that I was working with. He explained that he already had something at the first of next week, but that he didn’t want to leave me in a bind. He said that he could come in Saturday morning (the next day) with a couple of guys and could get it knocked out for me in no time. He and his crew showed up the next morning as expected and got right to work. They knocked it out in just a few hours and cleaned up as if no one had even been there (in fact, I think he left the flooring cleaner than when he arrived). He and his team even offered to move the furniture back in the room for me and rearrange what I needed. But, I had to unfortunately decline, as I still had some figuring out on that front. I’ll tell you, he really did save me and I really can’t thank him enough. It is refreshing working with someone that operates with such professionalism in all his actions. I will definitely hire him again.

We had the best experience possible with Mr. Pritchard. I called and left him a VM on Monday 8/5/2019. He called me back promptly. I explained the situation with my leaking roof and siding damage. He scheduled with me an appointment for the very next morning to come out to my house and inspect the areas of damage. Our appointment was for 8:30 AM on Tuesday morning. He arrived at 8:28 AM (perfectly on time). He assessed the areas and gave me an estimate to repair the damages. I agreed and he actually found the leak and patched my roof immediately right then, to make sure that I didn’t sustain any more staining to the interior. We then set a time the following morning (today) to repair the siding damage. He arrived exactly on time again and got right to work. Throughout the tear out process, he found additional damages not known before. This includes rotted studs, as well as additional rotted siding. I was very concerned that the price for the repairs would go up significantly. Not so. He only charged me for the additional wood (which was almost nothing) and paint that he needed to buy, even though it was going to be much more work for him. He said, “I quoted that first price, so that’s all I will charge”. He and his assistant worked tirelessly for probably 10 hours to tear out, repair and paint the damaged area. Looking at the finished product, you can’t even tell that there was damage there. Mr. Pritchard is a man that truly cares about treating people the right way, as well as cares about the quality of his work. From the start, he acted with the utmost professionalism and is extremely knowledgeable. My wife and I are already tentatively scheduling him for some other home repairs that we have been wanting to have done. I have also passed his card to a couple of my immediate neighbors who will be calling him as well for their own home repair projects. If you need a knowledgeable and honest contractor, you should call Mr. Pritchard.

They came out in between bad weather days and made a few minor fixes and gave us a back of the biz card quote to fix the items I asked them to fix. I would have liked a more formal quote with terms and conditions, but for a ballpark it was fine. When we are ready we will definitely give them a call for a formal quote.

First off I want to say he was the 3-4 person we called. I opted for some of the other people with more reviews before calling me Pritchard. Every other person I called, when they heard small leak, they in some polite form told me they were a little busy, and would call me back soon. Never heard back from any of them. From start to finish I have no complaints from him! He came out the day after I called to give him a quote. Told me he could be back to fix it that following week. It happen to storm the day he was supposed to come, he contacted me early that morning and told me because of the rain he wouldn't be able to come and rescheduled with me. Came out and did a great job! Cleaned up all his mess, and left it better than it was when he arrived. We plan to get a whole new roof in the next few years, we know who we are calling would highly recommend.

Sealed and Repaired Exterior Roof around the exhaust vents first which was the priority. Came back and repaired some roof slats from the interior side as requested. Also repaired a leak due to the old furnace chimney and the subsequent wall damage. Very professional and excellent communication. Work was done well and to our schedule. Will use again.
