septic tank
+ -1 moreHired them to install a new field line to my home septic tank in April 2016. During the installation, they fully cut a sewage pipe that ran from the house into the septic tank, leaving sewage to discharge directly into the ground. I discovered this mistake a week later when I found sewage gurgling up into my yard. When I contacted them, they said they'd fix their mistake for an additional $1000. Needless to say, I fired them. I can provide photos to show their mistake if anyone would like proof. Bottom line, use someone else.
