On time, did job and I am pleased

The previous year, the contractor was not able to turn my irrigation system back on until late May. He continued to delay the service visit. I found this unacceptable, and did not invite the contractor back for further work. He showed up anyway when I was not home and performed service without my request. I payed for the service and clearly communicated that I no longer wanted this contractor to perform work for me

Called Mr. Cross to schedule repairs on my sprinkler system. He said he would be out the following week but never called. I called him back and he said he would be out the first of the following week. Never called. I called again but didn't leave a message. It's poor customer service to tell a potential client you will be at their house and not show not only once but twice. Would not recommend them.

They came and they did very prompt were. They were quick, on time and they've done a very good job.

I was in a rush and was short on time. He arrived before I did to my house and went to work inspecting my system. He stopped what he was doing to explain the system and how to make adjustments and the repairs he was making. I had to leave before he was finished and he completed the work as explained. Don seemed to be very knowledgable. I will definitely continue to use him to service my irrigation system.
