+ -1 moreUsed Strickland at the recommendation of my in-laws. His price was the best quote I got. He was vague about his planned time to begin work, but it was a small job and I'm sure he worked it in around his larger jobs. He and his crew showed up within the promised week. They removed the tree and he had a subcontractor grind the stump the next day. They cleaned up as promised. He did not expect to be paid until the job was complete. I would definitely recommend Strickland to anyone in the Jefferson County, AL area.
Description of Work: Removal of dead Bradford Pear tree and stump, with haul-away and post removal cleanup.

Description of Work: I used Strickland Tree Service three years ago to take out a tree that was damaged by lightning. He is going to do a job for me at my father-in-law's house soon.

+ -1 moreThey did a good job. They were fine gentleman. They all seemed to know what they were doing. When Mr. Strickland told me he would not be able to come out one particular morning to get them started and supervise he said his foreman would take over. He introduced me to his foreman and we had a good interaction. Everyone seems to know what they are doing there. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I had them remove some damaged trees that were struck by lightening and trees damaged by those falling and the debris from them.
