+ 1 moreContractor had the job scheduled, as soon as the insurance check came in and was signed over to the owner, he was schedule to start the job the following Monday. He never showed or called. Finally after many attempts of calls, he answered and rescheduled the job. Again the contractor no-showed. After going through this for several weeks, we come to find out he had up and moved from his location, he had cashed the check, and was gone. He never came back to do any of the work he was paid to do. This company and owner is a joke, the owner is a thief and a liar.
Description of Work: Owner of SOZO Construction came out to do estimate for Warrior Independent Church of God on roof repair, some interior repair and some fence repair. First meeting went well, he seemed to be professional at the time. Sozo Construction was able to get the insurance adjuster to approve a full roof replacement along with the other work to be done.

+ -1 moreMet them at the Spring Home Show in Birmingham. Project is some Dryvit (synthetic stucco) repair. They came out one time to see what we needed. Talked to them twice after that - they said that they were delayed by other clients. Didn't sound like they were interesed in our business.
