We had them come out twice. The first time they came out I thought their price was good but the second time I thought was high and that is something I didn't shop.

Bad link in shower. Plumber took out the old spindles and put in the new. The new parts aren't good as the old. The water flow from the hot and cold doesn't keep as consistent of a flow. It gets hot and cold, and hot and cold. We had a link from the shower to the laundry room below. It turned out to be a rotting rubber gasket on the drain pipe. Plumber replaced with PVC piping. He said that the rubber gasket type will rot sooner or later.

A thief stole the copper lines from underneath our house. We called several different plumbers and got a large range of prices for replacing the lines. One or two never called back, one never showed up. Mrs. Singletary was very helpful on the phone. The plumbers actually called on Monday and arranged to fix the plumbing a day EARLY. We loved that. They were very reasonable, prompt and courteous. Two days later I needed more work done unrelated to the first issue. Clint Singletary fixed the problem the next day. All in all they made a difficult situation much less difficult.
