My fairly new Dell laptop still under warranty recently crashed. The Dell tech told me it was the Operating System and sent me a disk to reload it. I had not backed up the laptop for 11 months (I know....stupid....I have learned the hard way) so I hated to re-install the OS since it would wipe the hard drive clean. I had someone I knew and who works as an IT specialist take the Hard Drive to his office to retrieve the data. He told me it had already been wiped clean and there was nothing on it. I just wasn't convinced based on internet searches so decided to let Ray check it. He was able to retrieve all the data that was on it and download it to my portable external hard drive. I am one happy camper! I had never had anyone work on my computers other than the warranty techs but I will definitely use Ray again whenever there is a need. I highly recommend him. Even though he is not on Angie's list I felt he needed the review.
