A+ for him! He's great at helping keep costs low. He sends me pictures and is very skilled in the work he does -- he's definitely up on the latest technology, which makes it very easy. He was very flexible and easy to work with in terms of payment, and he worked well with one of my other contractors. He's a great guy!

This is the second house I have used Yancy for. I originally got his information off Angie's list after I had a bad experience with another plumber/gas contractor. Yancy did a pressure test and had the inspector out within a couple of days. Yancy quickly made the required repairs and fully explained to me what was needed and why. On my first home, Yancy sent me pictures via email to show his work. This time I was able to be there. As an investor, he made this process quick and simple.

He called me from a referral from Service Master. he gave me a quote for the main water service repair and also replacing the plumbing up to the fixtures inside the house. I thought it might be a problem with the main so I had him start there. After the work was finished and inspected, he found another problem with the plumbing further under the house. He will be repairing that next week. Since I'm handling all this from out of town, it's been hard to find people to trust to work on your house. But he is very personable and professional and has sent pictures of all the work he has done. I will definitely use him again for any other plumbing or gas fitting service in the future.
