Description of Work: Called after absolutely no help from another plumber, they diagnosed the problem almost immediately and set up a time for repairs. They were very professional and made us feel like we were a priority. We will definitely use them for future repairs!

Description of Work: I called them for a leak under my sink that I thought was related to a garbage disposal system. It wasn't, they found the true problem, and fixed it promptly and adequately. Both the office staff, and the plumber sent, were incredibly nice, responsive, prompt, and professional. The service was quite satisfactory, I thought the price for what they did was reasonable, and I will certainly call Latta for my next plumbing issue.

They always friendly and available during emergencies by getting someone right out. They do a good job overall. They charge about $80 an hour.

I have used them twice. I’m very pleased with them. They came promptly. They came when they said they would. They were not messy. They did a good job. Their work has been very satisfactory. I would use him in the future.
Description of Work: I used Latta Plumbing Co two times in July of 2010 and 2011 in summer; one time, for sink repair and for commode repair. It was $190 for sink and $150 for commodes. They had put shower also.

They do a pretty good job. I have used them a couple times. They had to dig from the house to the street. They replaced the whole length. They covered the hole back up when they were done.

I wasn't pleased this time as they charged $950 for 2 hours worth of work. They were very nice. They also put a big dent in my freezer.

12/12/11 We gave the client up front price to demo plumbing, and we performed the work same day. Also, there was never any occurrence or mention of any damage to any freezer or other appliance. 1/12 In January we were made aware that the client was not happy with our pricing or service. We met with him at the job and offered to satisfy him 100% in any way we could. After this meeting he said he was satisfied, and we gave him an up front price to install a clean-out on his property. 2/28 The client contacted and hired us to install the new clean-out on his property. He was satisfied with the work performed. We also performed a camera inspection at no cost, which would normally cost $350.00 The client is a valued customer, and we appreciate his business. We make every attempt to satisfy our customers. Our technicians are all experts in their trade and perform the highest quality of work.

After explaining to them what I wanted they knew exactly what I was looking for and provided it for me. I was thankful for the speedy work and the perfect results at the same time. The heater operated right and they did what was needed to get it in where I wanted it. They did a very good job with all that was involved.
