First of all, we had a mishap where either the door opener stop or we backed into the door; however, the door would not open or close and this is at 5:00 am on Thursday, 2/11. I text Johnny Dove around 6:15 am and he called me at 6:30 am and told me that he would be here around 8:30 and they arrived at 8:30. It took them less than 5 minutes to get the door working. He took the order for the new doors and openers and said they would be installed on Monday, 2/15/16. Johnny Dove said he would be at our home Monday morning and he was and the installation was done promptly and accurately. I asked him if he could take one of the doors & openers over to my mother's and replace her old door and he did. And they took the other old door and opener and disposed of it. In addition to the regular remotes, he provided us with the Lift Master internet gateway. My husband is a gadget person, and he really likes this. In fact, he still has not set up the automatic remote within his car, he has been using his phone. This device allows you to monitor and control your garage door opener as well as monitor and control your lights.
