Muncey did major work for me. They cut trees, installed new roof and gutters, repaired soffit and facia, and painted the whole house. The customer service was excellent. Tim kept me up till date on all projects and they a superb job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Seemed expensive!

Muncey got to work replacing our roof as soon as we notified them that we had the insurance check. They did not request any money until the work was completed. Should have only taken two days, but due to a couple of rainy days, they were not able to finish until we had a dry day. They were professional and considerate of our personal needs. They were knowledgeable about what they were doing and honest, carefully explaining every detail of their work and welcoming our careful inspection. I highly recommend Andrew Muncey & Sons Home Repair.

We contacted Andrew Muncey through Home Advisors. Our back bedroom had a flat roof, and we needed it to be raised and angled. Andrew and his crew were prompt in replying and giving estimate. Their crew came within a few days and did what we asked and then some. It came out beautiful, more than what we expected. They finished in two days. These guys are very affordable and very professional. They were courteous, prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable, and communication was excellent; they took pics of their progress as they worked, making sure we were satisfied. We were! We definitely recommend these guys; they went above and beyond. Their skill and craftsmanship was 100%. They got the work done in a timely manner and did an impeccable job. Affordable AND professional AND knowledgeable AND efficient. These guys were top notch.

The owner Tim and his son Trevor came out to my house the same day of contact. The owner was very knowledgeable and honest about the gutter process. He did not play any games as most of his competitors did by starting off with higher quotes just to come down on their prices. He quoted a price and never wavered. Now I will say he is pretty firm on his pricing. Answered my questions and gave reasons on why. He showed me where my fascia board needed replacing, giving me the opinion to replace and or they could replace and paint for a small fee. This was the only company that point this out and offered. He and his crew came out the next week after being hired and hung my gutter professional and cleaned up after. Made sure I was satisfied before taking payment. I feel I picked the right company for this job. Very satisfied. My house looks good.

We live in an older house. The tile on our front porch was coming up and it was no longer safe to be on. The new surface Muncey's installed is very attractive. They came on time, worked very hard, and cleaned up afterward. A very good job. We are very pleased.

Fast excellent service

Tim and Trevor are great to work with. Good reliable crew working for them as well. They care very much about the quality of their work, took extreme care to keep a clean site while working, and completed all work in just a few days. Overall I could not have asked for a better team to take care of this project for me. Great guys! I enjoyed talking with them as well. Will absolutely call them again if the need arises.

I have a house that was built in 1937 so it has been hard for me to find contractors who understand how to work with, and who are willing to work with such an old structure. Tim and his crew were really great, starting with the estimation process through to completion. They made sure to address my concerns and completed the job so quickly. I feel like they treated my home as if it were their own, so I would definitely recommend this company.

My project was so much more than â siding replacement/repairâ . I have a â wall of windowâ that had to be removed, wood repaired, windows re-installed, siding replaced and painted. WHOA! Mr. Muncey was very quick to respond to my inquiry via Home Advisors, he came out inspected the project within a few days, explained why it was in such bad shape and what he could do to fix it. He was straightforward, provided a very reasonable quote (I had 6 other quotes to compare) and he stayed within the budget/cost he presented. Once the decision was made to accept his services, he and his crew got the job started as quickly as feasible and completed within a reasonable time (weather was not kind to us). He responded to my questions and answered with knowledge and consideration. I advised my daughter to call him when her familyâ s home got roof damage from the recent storms in Gardendale/ Mt.Olive- now that says A LOT!

I needed siding and trim work repairs on my house , Mr. Muncey reacted quickly and did what he said he would do. the work was done correctly and no mess was left behind. I highly recommend his company.

Had some tornado damage at my home in Fultondale. Needed a full roof replacement and a hole in siding/sheetrock patched. They were reasonably priced and completed the work in short order. I would recommend these guys any day.

Mr. Muncey came out inspected the roof he told me what was wrong why it was wrong. He was very honest with me he give me a price to replace a roof and a price to repair. I was able to make a good choice because he was open about options!

Workers were very polite and did great job on roof in a timely matter,, Did a very excellent job of clean up. I would highly recommend this company!!

Work to get roof complete and did professional work. Work area was cleaned and cleared of all trash and debri.
