+ -1 moreWe ended up in court and I had already paid him in full. judge found us not liable for anything further.
Description of Work: Was to Replace all of the Faisal board and soffit wood and rotten wood on the siding of e house and apply all new wood and vinyl siding. at the end of the job when I went to meet with him to make the final payment of the $10,600 which was only $1100, he tried to charge me an additional $4000 for work he had not performed and tried to add money for services that were to be done under the contract. He is a liar and does shotty work. after further evaluation of the work he did. He did not replace the rotten wood, he just covered it up. You better have a good lawyer like I did before hiring him. needless to say - we won.
