I'm not happy with service

We engaged his services to fix an in-door ice dispenser. It worked for about six weeks and quit. He acknowledged it was under warranty and would make the repair, but never did. This went on for months. First the part wasn't in. When I asked for proof that it was ordered he didn't provide any. I even found the part online for him, but that only made him more elusive. He would weasel out of phone calls by saying he was in a meeting or at the doctor or have another call coming in. At this point, we can only conclude he never had any intentions of standing by his work but he is too cowardly to admit it.

He exceeded my expectations of service. He was helpful, punctual and accommodating. I definitely recommend this company.

He came promptly when called. He said he needed to replace the ice maker and came back the next day to out one in. I don't know if it was new or not. The ice maker did not work. We called every day and he promised to come back every day but he never returned. We paid him when he put the "new" ice maker in.

The guy showed up and vacuumed the coils saying that's all that was wrong with our refrigerator and we should a day or two to make sure it was fixed, then send him a check. We called the next day to say it was still not working and he said he'd try to get out that afternoon. We never heard from him again! After a couple days, we hired another company who came right out and replaced the fan and added Freon. Our refrigerator is now working properly again thanks to the second guy. I would not recommend Harrell's since he not only didn't know what was wrong with our refrigerator, but didn't bother to show up again as promised. The only positive note is that we had not paid him anything.
