+ -1 moreOur over 20 year old cream colored carpets felt like new under our feet, very soft, not at all stiff. Extra care was taken to clean steps. Newer carpet also came out great. The technicians were professional & friendly.
Description of Work: We've used Chem Dry for our carpets for over 30 years! Safe & Non-Toxic so great for kids & pets. Dries in a couple of hours, not days! Superior cleaning results & the spot cleaner they sell is awesome. Had the whole house cleaned this time. We've tried others over the years but always come back to Chem Dry.

+ -1 moreWhen I called, I was assured that the basic cleaning would get out all stains - including pet stains. If the stain could be removed they would remove it. When they arrived, they tried to upsale me from $120 to almost $300 to remove pet stains. They sprayed their special cleaner (most likely less than 1/2 gallon) on these 3 rooms. Then they "buff" the carpet. Yes, the carpet dries quickly - because they do not put any cleaner on it. All of the stains are showing back up and the odor is too! I was assured by them that my previous experience with Chem Dry was because it was a bad franchisee - WRONG their process of "cleaning" is BAD. IF you have very lightly soiled carpet, this type of cleaning might work for you.
Description of Work: Cleaned short hall, living room, dining room/office, and 1 bedroom.

+ -1 moreThe provider advertised "World Famous Stain Remover"...I have before and after pictures where the stains where not removed. I paid 170.00 for 3 bedrooms, hallway and stairs. The provider cleaned down the middle of the carpet. I called them and was told I should have purchased the "stain guard package", I said I paid for stains to be removed and was told they would come back out but would have to charge me for 1 room....
