Description of Work: K&S Roofing replaced the asphalt shingle roof on my home and garage with architectural grade asphalt shingles. I dealt with owner Steve Jernigan, who has 35 years of home building experience in the Atlanta,GA area and moved back home to Alabama 5 years ago. He was exceptionally professional, arrived for the estimate on time and called before he came. You could tell the level of his building experience immediately upon talking with him and watching him work. His bid was in the middle of my projected $$ range for the project. He came with shingle color samples and gave me his estimate after calculating it at the time of his first visit. The large re- roofing project took one day with his crew of 7 people and they were professional and hard working. They completely cleaned up all of the roofing removal debris, which was made easier by their policy of tarping the entire perimeter of the home. |I can highly recommend them as I have considerable construction knowledge and abilities myself and know professional ,quality work |when I see it. |Steve Jernigan and his K&S Roofing and Construction crew were all I had hoped they would be. |The roof looks great too.

Description of Work: Steve and his team built a deck for my wife and me. He was very easy to work with and I would use him again in a heartbeat. I even suggested Steve for a roofing job that my dad is looking at.

I called and Steve Jernagain answered the phone I described the situation and he said he would be out as soon as he could I was expecting the next day but a few hours later he showed up. He was very professional and went straight to work checking my roof which I already knew needed replacing he told me the same thing the other roofing contractors had said.
