DRAINBLASTER PLUMBING SERVICE

It went great because we had a wonderful plumber. He came after regular working hours. He fixed a problem that others had tried to fix and had failed. John Robert Stephens was very respectful and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure that his repair would solve our problem. My husband and I were very impressed with this talented young man.

John Stephens was the plumber who came out to my home almost immediately after calling.. I received Amazing Service! I was completely satisfied! One of the best service calls of any type that I have received. John was very professional and extremely courteous- Can't thank you guys enough!!! Highly recommend!!! Keith Dalton

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This company was scheduled through our home warranty company to come look at a plumbing issue today. They were scheduled to arrive between 8-10am. When they hadn't arrived by 9:59 and we also hadn't received a phone call, my husband decided to call for a status update. The manager with whom he spoke with was very rude. He told my husband that due to the impending inclement weather, he didn't feel comfortable sending his drivers out today. My husband told him he understood that but would have appreciated a phone call letting us know our service would be delayed. The manager then proceeded to tell my husband that if HE had bothered to watch the weather we would know that there were winter weather advisories in the area. When my husband asked when our service would be rescheduled the manager stated he didn't know because he "can't predict the weather" and then promptly hung up. This company obviously doesn't value customer service and we strongly don't recommend using them.

I contacted my Home Warranty company, HomeServe, and they assigned me a plumber. The plumbing company told me that they could make it out first thing Monday. It was Friday. I had HomeServe contact another plumber - who also couldn't make it out that day. I contacted HomeServe again, and they went down their list, and got "meh" after "nope" until they got to Drain Blaster. Even though DB is completely on the other side of Birmingham, and were almost booked up for the day, they said yes when everyone else said know. They weren't able to finish the job before ours until nearly 8 at night, but they didn't try to reschedule. They came out anyway, made the fix, and stuck around until the glue had dried to make sure it was done right. I'd highly recommend these guys to anyone who wants the job done right.
