Description of Work: Very disappointed. I have a number of light fixtures and ceiling fans I needed installed as well as some sheetrock repair, storm door installed, etc. Nothing really difficult but beyond my ability to fix. Spoke with JD last Wed afternoon and he was very pleasant. Set up an appt for him to inspect the work I neeeded done and give me an estimate on Fri evening at 6. JD never showed for the appt and never called to let me know he couldn't make it or to reschedule.

Description of Work: JD is very puncture on appointment for cost estimation and starting the work on the date he promised. He painted the exterior of my houese, fixed some rotten facial boards. He even fixed a faucet leaking problem in my kitched free of charge which I was very grateful since that kept my wife off my back. Overall, he is a person with strong sense of responsibility and reliable. I definitely will call him again in the future and will recommend him to my friends.

Description of Work: Called and scheduled appointment for free estimate to have a deck built, he came out the next morning to look and give estimate gave a deposit for materials. JD was back the next morning to start the job it took 3 days for it to be completed. My deck looks wonderful! When he was finished and the work was complete he hauled away all scraps and trash my yard was clean.
