We decided to go to them just from reviews that I read actually and there's not much plumber here in the area. There's like three that I can possibly think.

Mr. Chadwick is a wonderful and honest man. You get what you pay for...believe me! Have learned the hard way that cheaper is not always better. He always comes quickly when there is an emergency

We called Chadwick Plumbing after trying to snake the toilet ourselves, to no avail. We thought the septic tank was full, although we didn't have any other symptoms of this. Mr Chadwick came within the hour and did as explained above. To save time, I think he might have used the camera before he tried to snake the toilet the first time, especially since we told him we tried that already. This would have shown him right away just how far back the drain was clogged and it may have saved the second trip the next morniing. In all fairness, he did not charge us for the second trip, and although the bill was large, it was fair by professional plumber's standards. He also allowed us to pay the bill in two increments, which helped us immensly. He also gave us a list of recommended products to use and not to use in our drain and saved us (at least for a little while) from having to get the septic tank drained by using the product to break down the waste. We hope we don't have to use their service for a long time, but if we do, we will call them first.
