Called a couple of days after I used the home advisor app. The first ones were immediate and involved high dollar franchise companies. If you wait for a few days you will get your local companies to call. The owner was also the technician. Answered his phone on first call and set appointment. Showed on time. Very professional and very reasonable on the pricing. No intense sales practices with this company but will inspect all of your needs and quote you for the services. Highly recommend!!

Turner was polite and punctual. He was very thorough in his inspection and provided a lot of good information on what to look for and how he applied treatment to prevent termite damage.

I would highly recommend and suggest anyone needing rodent (wildlife, pest) to hire Sandman. I have been dealing with Turner. He is kind, professional, considerate, knowledgeable, and sensitive to customer needs. He has been treating our rodent infestation as if he were taking care of his own home. Additionally, I contacted the pest control company that I have been using for about 10 years, they told me they could not get to me for 4 weeks and the cost was in the thousands. Turner took ownership of my situation, was at my house the next day, and put a plan together to resolve my problem. Sandman cost was even more reasonable than I would have expected. I would highly recommend this company. FYI, I terminated the services of my prior pest control contractor and am using Sandman to take care of those services. I had spoken to about 6 contractors, Turner was, by far, most concerned about resolving my situation at a very reasonable fee. I am so thankful for Turner. The problem is about finished. I guess I got two reviews sent to me because he did service and he also did a bond. All I can say is Turner is awesome and he does an awesome job at a very fair price! Honesty and integrity are a hard thing to come by these days and I feel that this man has both! Sprayed for mosquitoes then it rained. Turner called me to let me know if I had any issues to call him back and he would come out to respray. Very conscientious about his work!!! Love his ethics!

Personable. Knowledgeable. I hired this company to take over annual termite contract and annual insect spraying. The main attribute that won me over is their method of termite control; pumping termite chemical pesticide under the foundation and slab.
