One half properly installed. Second half installed so that water ran away from downspout and poured over other end all on my porch. Called company four times over several months and they would not come and fix the problem nor would the Manager Josh return my call.

Things went extremely well. Painless process from start to finish and the price was very reasonable. These guys are pros at what they do.

Once Jimmy and I finally got together for the initial evaluation and estimate every thing went like clock work. There was a bit of a hiccup initially because I was traveling. But Jimmy followed up and called me upon my return. Jimmy's guys used a much better product which appeared to be metal. These guards should last as long as the gutters. They showed up as promised and got the job done in an efficient and professional manner. The total cost might have been high but I would use them again, if for no other reason, than Jimmy's work ethic and professionalism.

They were efficient. They got here and did the work. It looked very nice. We had to have a little servicing and they were responsive on that. They came when they said they were coming.

Prompt response. Quick, neat efficient take down and installation. Fair price. Because of a unique configuration of my roof and house angle, the standard installation still allowed heavy rain to overrun the gutter guard and splash a window. After I called, I got a prompt response and a modification that has eliminated any overrun in heavy rain.

Everything went very well, everything went so well hire them to install gutters on my Mother in Laws house!!!

Friendly, professional, on time and most importantly fair price

They were very good. Construction seems to be good and we have had tons of rain and they are all holding up. They cleaned up after themselves very well, and came back to make sure all was good.

Called James. Told him I needed minor repair on corner gutter and was told that with insurance and workmanship comp cost was going to be $250.00 to come out and look. I said could you just come and give estimate as it is not a big job. He said $250.00 to come out and see. I said goodbye. Update 11/30/15 Owner called and asked about review I gave on a job he didn't do. I told him circumstances and he replied that that ($250) was minimum charge. That this was only negative review he received. How he prides himself on doing the job until customer is satisfied. I'm sure he does reading other reviews. Tim(I think) was very professional and I could tell he was passionate about his work. I have a very small job that needs to be done and shouldn't cost $250. However in hindsight I was a little rash in my review. I should not have given a review since I did not use his company. I have given reviews on other company's I haven't used in the past and this was my first NEGATIVE one. Talking to owner if I had a bigger job to be performed I would use this company in the future. My overall I changed to an A(based on conversation). Price was still to high for me. Although I understand.

It's beautiful. They came and did the job. They just did not stop until it was done. They did it a hundred times quicker than I could have because I thought about doing it myself. They came and did a beautiful job and they cleaned up after themselves. The price seemed reasonable for as much as we got done. We are happy with them. We contacted some other people but we ended up using them.

Very prompt, courteous, and professional. The gutters were for a 2200 sq ft house with covered back porch, and a large storage building. We chose the large gutters, rather than the standard. The cost included them removing the gutters on the garage side of the house (the only area that had gutters), because those were standard size, and replacing with the large size. We chose cream for the house and brown for the storage shed. We had no issues with where they placed the downspouts or where the water drained. They had to come back one time for a leak at a seam, and we've had no problems since.

Looks good, left minor debris for me to pick up. Overall a good job.

He did a great job, I contacted him over the phone since we are pretty far away, he didn't ask for any money up front, did the job on time and the gutters look great.

There was a 1/4 inch gap in the aluminum at the 90-degree bend. Contractor filled this with 1/2 inch of silicone caulk. I am an amateur, so I don't know if this is standard procedure. I have a feeling that in 10 years, that caulk will fail, and I will have a leak at the 90-degree bend.

I found RJ's Seamless Gutter on Angie's List and liked the reviews. I phoned late one afternoon to make an appointment. Tim was insistent that we not wait and that he would be right out. He gave us a very reasonable estimate and assured us he would install as quickly as possible. We arrived home one afternoon to find a beautiful new gutter and the bill in the front door. I can not say enough good things about Tim and his crew. They are outstanding! We will certainly use them again and highly recommend them to others.

II found RJ's on Angie's list. I called several other installers and they were the only ones to return my call. Tim and I spoke several times on the phone. He came by my home, the next day, and looked at the job and gave me a quote. He showed up when he said he would, I was not at home, ( I forgot!). He did the job anyway, and left me an invoice. The gutters look great, just waiting for the rain to see how well they move the water. I am impressed with his trust, and professional work. I would definitely use RJ's again!

I got their recommendation form a neighbor and I also looked them up on Angie’s List. They had got good reviews. They were really good and they deserve a good recommendation. They were very prompt in returning our request for an estimate and the actually did the installation a whole week ahead of their work schedule so that was pleasant. They completed the work very well and very professionally in one afternoon. The price was certainly reasonable.

I'll add to the kudos for Tim's work and professionalism. His quote was a bit higher than the competition, but I had seen the competitor's workmanship and was less than pleased with what I saw. Tim's installation shows the pride he takes in his work, with impeccable results and thoughtful design. The installation was for a complete gutter installation for the whole house, which includes a screened porch area. The latter has been a headache, with Niagra Falls coming off the corners and gouging huge holes in what used to be lawn. Tim immediately saw the problem and designed a proper solutions.Only two days after the installation, I had the opportunity to view the results with one of our frequent pop-up thunderstorms. Happily, Niagra Falls has been diverted to four separate downspouts, so it's time to fill in and re-sod the area.

I couldn't be happier with how the job turned out. They showed up on time, the work gutters look good, and the price was as expected. Would definitely hire again, should I need to add more gutters, or clean the ones I have.

I found them in the yellow pages and they were able to fit us in right away. They showed up early and made fast work of a difficult situation. They worked off of tall ladders. I would normally have installed DIY gutters but this was too hard of a job. Very glad to have found these guys. We have a far better gutter than I could ever have put together.

Went very well, went smoothly , and was done in about 6 hours. ( The house is over 5000 square feet)

The total experience was excellent. Tim provided a quote the same day that I called for an estimate and the price was very reasonable for the amount of work and quality of the product. On the day the gutters were to be installed, he arrived on time, went straight to work, and actually completed the job a little early. After the job was complete, we reviewed the work together. He wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with the final product. I found Tim to be very professional and honest. I wish I could find more contractors like him.

I checked Angie's List after not finding a local gutter installer in the usual ways. There wasn't a rating but I called them anyway. They gave me a price on the phone and said they could work me in the next day. We agreed and they were on the job the next morning at 7:30. They were done in a couple of hours and honored the price, even though I had underestimated the length of the gutter. Very good experience.
