+ 1 moreThe Phillips team was able to repair and restore the walls and ceilings to a condition that looks brand new, far better than when we actually purchased the house, and they did it without having to re-hang sheetrock. They also installed new recessed lighting and recommended changes which saved us money along the way. They charge reasonable rates, are very dependable and thorough, and are willing and happy to discuss all needs with their customers. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: High integrity father-son team of John and Kevin Phillips. They are full scale remodelers and have many years of experience with a variety of projects. We are renovating our house, and had extensive damage to the ceilings and walls from a prior popcorn and wallpaper removal, as well as many holes in the walls from a re-plumb. We also wanted new lighting installed.

+ 1 moreKevin always returned my contacts when we were working up a quote. Once we signed the contract he scheduled to work and performed the job within the time we agreed to. Kevin and his dad, John, were always on-time and professional in their work. They informed us when they would be using loud tools to make sure they did not interfere with our activities. They installed heavy plastic wrap on the carpet and around the work area to minimize the dust in the house. We were very happy with the final work product and kevin made a follow-up visit to see if we had any issues and were happy with their work.

+ 2 moreFirst, I was amazed by the amount they charged me. I thought it would be a lot more than it actually was. They are very neat and tidy and had everything back together in no time. They are extremely kind and reasonable and work around my schedule.. I will hire them again when I need work done to my condo.
Description of Work: They repaired several areas of my drywall, painted, and put everything as it should be after I had to have my plumbing replaced

Description of Work: Kevin has done multiple things for us on condos we own including hanging key and towel hooks, fixing door locks that tenants damaged, putting together and installing headboards on the wall, hanging curtain rods, and fixing two toilets that continually ran. He is very responsive, thorough, professional, trustworthy, and does quality work. We rely on him a lot for our maintenance on condos and have no problem sending him into units while renters are present or when a unit is vacant. He also always sends pictures of damage so we are aware of issues since we aren't local. We will continue to use him in the future.

+ -1 morePhillip's Interior & Exterior Services put in a new storm door for me. Their service was EXCELLENT!!!!! My residence is older and the door facing was not exactly level to say the least! They worked and worked on it until it was to their satisfaction and more importantly mine. In todays environment I was delighted that customer satisfaction was so important to them, They cleaned up so well afterward that I did not even know they had been here. I HIGHLY recommend them and will use them again for additional work that I need done. Their attention to detail and polite manner was appreciated.

+ -1 moreExcellent! Each time he cleans, he inspects our place for repairs or supplies needed. If any repairs are found he will text a picture of the damage. Either he will either repair it or recommend another professional with that expertise. Kevin is efficient, professional and is upfront about what he can and can't do. He is extremely concerned in providing the best service possible. He is completely trustworthy, which allows us to be in another state knowing things are being taken care of.
Description of Work: Kevin is efficient in all he does. We have a condo we rent. He keeps up with the schedule cleans and handles most repairs.

There were No issues and the Sheetrock was smooth. He did such a could job that he will be hired back to Sheetrock and finish hall bath remodel too
