Description of Work: General checkup of a few blown off/ missing shingles . Found a couple other issues . Took care of. I used him on another because he is nice & got on top of it ASAP. Now have even referred a friend she said less than her GO TO guy was tee to get on roof & he charge her a $100. Less than I

+ -1 moreInitially called Jim about 5 years ago, b/c had a roof leak, he came out, patched and fixed quickly and with good price. Next, a year later, had squirrels that had broken into our attic and were running around rampant, Terminex came but couldn't eliminate problem, so called Jim, he came, fixed issue on roof and eliminated the problem (Still old roof that came w/home when we purchased). Next, decided to get new roof, had Jim give us a quote, hired him for the job and had him put a brand-new metal roof on our house. He was professional, timely and did a great job!
Description of Work: Initially used to patch leak in roof. Called back to eliminate squirrels in attic problem, when Terminex could not. Ended-up hiring to put entire new metal roof on our home.
