+ -1 moreThey didn't follow thru. Came out and measured the room, selected the tile, told them the type of vanity I wanted then nothing. I checked back several times and was told they were working on it. I just stopped calling and they never even asked if I was still interested. Guess they had better things to do than my small job.

Description of Work: Coastal Kitchen did a complete kitchen remodel for me. From tear out of old cabinets to new cabinets, granite countertops, tile backsplash and new wall oven and cooktop. They did an outstanding job. I will use them again for a bathroom remodel. They are excellent!

+ -1 moreMike Davis is a gem. I've never worked with nicer or more knowlegeable people. I wanted the double vanity in my bathroom replaced with a single vanity and floor-to-ceiling stg. cabinet. Most people do not even want to do a small job like this. He was so helpful. He had the exact cabinets I wanted, sent me to the stone company for my counter top, and was so reasonable I was able to replace the tile floor with new tile and stay within my budget. His people are professional and left my bathroom clean and neat. I give them an A+.

Description of Work: We contacted several cabinet dealers to install matching cabinets in our kitchen to match what we already have. The original installer was one of those contacted. The original dealer/installer would not hardly even return our calls. When we contacted Coastal, they promptly called us back. They set up an appointment for an estimate AND they called the day before to confirm that appointment. They were very punctual and appropriately dressed. They told us they would email our estimate the following day, but we received it before days end. They offered ways to lower our cost and save us money. When our cabinets arrived, the gentleman who provided our estimate and was "overseeing"our project came with the installer to make sure he understood exactly where everything was to be placed. The installer cleaned up his "mess". The granite installer was there before days end to measure for our granite, and was back to install on the day agreed upon. Our kitchen is complete now and just how we imagined it could look. They asked for half payment up front and didn't even send the final invoice until they were sure everything was as quoted. They called periodically throughout the day to make sure installation was proceeding well. There were ZERO glitches, delays, or problems. I HIGHLY recommend Coastal.
