System setup was good. Tech was very courteous and friendly. I knew I was in trouble when tech hooked me into the phone line-CenturyLink uses 15 year old DSL technology. On a good day I get 6-7 mbps because thats the fastest speed they offer (8 mbps). No other internet provider offers a package for my area (Foley AL). I'm stuck with this till some other company competes with these turds. BTW, this 8 mbps service costs me $85/month.

They blew off my first 2 installment dates. The third time I got a good installer but the equipment is 10 years behind the times. I got a DSL modem that hooks up to the phone line that provides a whopping 8Mbps for my home. 8Mbps is the fastest I could get at my home. I can't even stream anything because of the slowness. My. Biggest problem is they are the only game in town unless you want to go with a satellite service or Verizon, etc. not happy at all

I have been using them for a year. I am very happy with them. The price is reasonable. Every once in a while I lose connection. They are professional. I have not had any problems with them.
Description of Work: They are my internet provider. I have Direct TV through them as well.
