We had just moved to Wolf Bay; had guests arriving for Thanksgiving, and were short a mattress for the guest room, and had no vehicle large enough to transport one if we found one. On a recommendation from a friend we called Andy at Benson's. Within a few hours he had delivered a great mattress that met our needs. Andy went above and beyond what we would have hoped or expected.

Rejected doing service scheduled by extended warranty company but failed to let them know of rejection. I was informed of this information by Bensons when I called to get a time for the repair that had been scheduled three days prior. When I spoke with warranty company, they had no knowledge of rejection and Bensons is theIr only service provider for this area. Have previously done business with Bensons directly on many occasions but will never do any business with them again.

Did very little for $99.50. Took the back off refrigerator to check if it was clean. Used my tools to do the work (little or no dirt to remove because I had recently cleaned it) and said if the refrigerator freezer did not continue to freeze properly, buy a new one. Did no testing of any kind like checking voltage and troubleshooting at the very least. What a waste of time and money. I still have the refrigerator and the freezer is working. Some frozen food needed to be moved so that there was better air circulation. I solved my own problem no thanks to them.

Cause is intermittent. He checked the pump and it had no clogs. It was determined the bearing in the motor was probably the cause for the noise. It's now a use till it stops working, then replace motor or buy new machine. Makes sense to me.

Buffy "Benson" is their service manager. She does not write down the instructions you give her. We have tried to utilize their services on a number of occasions without satisifaction. In their last attempt to ascertain the problem with the unit, it was completely pulled apart and given back to us in pieces without a solution. In my opinion, she is quite untrustworthy.

They seemed to be competent, courteous and efficient. All they did was a little testing.

They were great. They came out right away, were professional and knowledgeable. They got the job done in a timely manner. I would recommend them and use them again.
