Professional, prompt, personable, reasonable. Alec took care of the spiders in my crawl space (that were preventing my plumber from going down), assured me I did not have termites, only ants, that he took care of. He was so pleasant to work with and eager and able to explain things to me. I would definitely recommend them and use them again should the need arrive.

We paid $85 dollars but I'm not really sure how much he actually sprayed. Next time I will watch and follow him around inside and outside the house. He was only here for maybe half hour and for the money I thought it would have taken him longer. I have noticed more spiders now (outside) so if I could I would have him come back out and spray again (free of charge).

More than satisfied with the inspection and service provided to rid home of crawlies. A return visit scheduled to fog the black widows in the crawlspace, with no additional charges, went as smoothly as stated. Friendly and knowledgeable tech.
