I didn't have any repair problems. This was a maintenance call. I will call them if I do have repair problems.

They said our pump was older but it sounded okay to them. They told us what to look for, if it really gave us trouble. They also told us it has an automatic shut-off. If it overheats, it will just stop. That made us feel better. They were nice. They ended up coming earlier than we thought. We thought they couldn't come until next week, and that we might call someone else. But they ended up coming this week. They showed up and called before they came and were here within 20 minutes. They came from a distance, so I think their price was reasonable.

We bought a foreclosed house which has well water. We have never had well water in our home. The water pressure for the showers would slowly diminish to the point that the water quit. Then the pump would kick on in the yard and the water pressure would increase immediately. I called a few well pump services. I believe there is some price collusion in that each company said that their service call was $80. I finally got tried of calling because I would get the same information. Alms was the last company that I called. I asked if they could come immediately. They could and got the job. Two men showed up in about 30 to 45 minutes. They were very pleasant and start work immediately. I watched and asked questions which they were receptive. They diagnosed the problem and replaced the pump switch in about a hour. I asked about the iron in the water. The men said that they had a water testing kit at the office. I gave them a sample and my cell phone number. I did not hear from them and called a week later, The young lady that answered the phone said she had done the test and apologized for not calling me.
