A to Z Shutter Masters

A to Z Shutter Masters was highly recommended by a man who cut down all our trees so we could install an in-ground pool. We wanted plumbing run to the pool and a privacy fence to surround it. The owner, Mike, came out same day as call to measure & give estimates. He was a very nice & friendly man & he was honest about all the work & a plumbing problem we had with existing plumbing. His crew did all the work & Mike came a few times to check everything. Plumbing was fixed & the job we need done was rendered how we wanted it. They installed cyclone fencing where we wanted it & added screening for privacy. You couldn't ask for a kinder man than Mike deal with for this job & his crew was excellent and efficient and stuck with the job until finished. They cleaned up everything when the job was finished. Now we have a major problem with our hall bathroom plumbing and of course I called Mike & he came right out. So we trust Mike to do another job well for us. And we are thankful our tree guy, Ray, recommended him. We highly recommend Mike at A to Z Shutter Masters for any job you need done for your home or property.

While the real test of the effectiveness of the shutters will be performance during a major storm or hurricane--the company's professionalism was high, and their installation very efficient.

They did a good job. They were punctual.

From start to finish, working with A to Z was easy as pie!

Electrician arrived to install outlets for the doors. Servicemen arrived later to install the shutters. All were very efficient, they were on time, went to work, no idle time. Cost was reasonable. Workers were pleasant and answered all questions.

I used this company to remodel my bathroom, and ended up getting hurricane shutters also. They just installed them last week and I love them! They look beautiful on my house and the workers were very nice. They also cleaned up after themselves.

I contacted this company and asked them to come out to my house and give me an estimate on the cost of building and installing hurricane shutters. I was quoted a price and paid half of the balance as was required. I was contacted by phone thereafter and told the price was different because there was a mistake with the computer software??? So the price changed but I still decided to keep the order. I was told several different install dates, before they actually came to my house to perform the install. The installation was okay; given the fact that one of the installers put a huge crack in my brick. I was told there is a 20 year warranty but I have yet to see the warranty paperwork and continue to get the run around about it. I guess if the shutters break or don’t hold up then I will just be taking them to court.
