+ 0 moreExceptional young men did the work. Always on time. Very good work, just not always perfect . Needed a little more dry wall mudd with more sanding. One outside door had a small gap. Bathroom floor extends too far under door.
Description of Work: dry wall, ceramic tile floor, install bathroom fixtures, replace 2 outside doors

+ -1 moreI had 3 estimates done. All were around the same price; Smith's is the only one that was architectural, the others were 3 point. They answered all my questions I had. I also had an old couch and some other junk around the house; they did not charge me any extra to hall it off, just what it cost them to dump it. They cleaned up nicely after themselves. The roof looks great and professionally done. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Put a new architectural shingle roof.

+ 1 moreHe did an excellent job! At the same time he did this job, we had him reroof the rest of the house as a separate job, and he did excellent at that as well. His crew was extremely meticulous when making sure that all of their work looked good. I have done a lot of repair and carpentry work, myself, and I wouldn't have even taken the time they did, so I was every impressed.
Description of Work: I hired him to take an existing porch with a flat roof on it, and extend it, screen it in, put a gabled roof, and incorporated into my house.
