MIKE'S GUTTER SVC & CHIMNEY

Description of Work: They Installed gutters and gutter guards, the gutters are set with the wrong pitch on one end of the house which is the front of the house also on the front gutter ,it pours water out the end more than down the spout,there is a part of the gutter guards on the back of the house that has no screws holding it down and is sticking past the gutter it's self,i did speak with the owner who came and looked at the problems and told me he would return in a few days to make the repairs but never showed up again , thats been a year ago now. The only explanation i can come up with is he must have forgotten ,he does not seem to be dishonest in anyway .The repairs are something that could be fixed quickly,although i have left a message on an answering machine in the past but did not receive a return call , I also have not persued the contractor myself to get this small repair finished but really dont want the comfrontation it may require to get the repairs finished, i will just have to live with the problem

Description of Work: Nothing. Kept promising to show up but never did. After two weeks, we hired another company and called to cancel. They didn't answer or call back after we left messages to cancel. Two days after the work was done by another company they finally showed up. We explained that we had canceled and they left. I can't speak for their quality of work since none was performed. However their lack of communication would cause me to question it greatly.
