Description of Work: The representative was punctual for the initial meeting and courteous. However, the second time they came, I wasn't satisfied with the work. Also, there was a difference in the initial price they had quoted and the second time they came to cut the grass. Of course this might be a misunderstanding. The second time they cut our grass, they did not bag, which made it look very clumsily done.

+ -1 moreFrom the first phone call onwards, this was a very positive experience. The company was quick to respond, and very friendly and polite. They did a great job on our lawn, and have agreed to keep it up for us from now on since we don't have the time or equipment to do it ourselves.
Description of Work: Lawn Max cut the grass on a property we hadn't been able to maintain, so the grass had gotten very tall. They did it on a tight deadline, and provided a photo for proof since we were out of town.
