After the repairs, the roof continued to leak. We contacted the business to report the situation. They sent out an employee, and he ran water over the roof to find the leak. The water hose could not replicate a down pour of a storm, so he was baffled. He remedied the situation by caulking the shingles. After this, the roof still leaks in the SAME spot. We contacted the owner, Mark Henderson, after several attempts. He was very rude with us and even hung up on us without offering a solution to our problem. Now, we are stuck with a leaking roof and will have to pay another company to repair the roof. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen.

It sounds reasonable. It went very well. I liked their professionalism and their basic command. Basically they do very good work and they respond to questions and concerns that I had.

The workers arrived and went to work at 7am and by12 noon the job was complete. The roof was perfect and they clean up all nails and old shingles. You may find someone that will give you a better price but you cant get a better job. They are the only roofing contractor I will use.

Very professional and well established company. Excellent communication. Each day they were there when they said they would be. Lines of shingles are very straight and the trim work they did is exceptionally good (where the different levels of the house meet). My house has never looked better. One thing that I especially liked was that they cleaned up each day before they left. Also the crew made sure that at the end of each day the section of the roof that they were working on was completed so that even if there was unexpected rain there would be no leaks. I wholeheartedly recommend Henderson for any roofing job you might be considering.

When choosing the color for the roof, I was having trouble with a meeting time and Justin gave me the website to check them. When they came, they were there at the time promised, with a full crew. They covered my flower beds and the yard near the house to catch the debris from the old roof. When they were finished the next day, they cleaned everything up, put things such as landscape lights very near where they belonged and except for a tire mark in a really difficult place to back a trailer left nothing to mark their time here except my new roof. (And Justin came back and fixed the tire mark!)

They did a great job and were very professional.

Unfortunately, we had a question as to whether the wiring had been done correctly. The wires connecting the fan to the house were hanging outside a junction box and several professionals said that they probably should have been put inside a junction box and covered. My husband spoke to Mr. Henderson five times over the course of a month about coming out and checking the problem. Mr. Henderson also agreed that he didn't think that the wires were correctly placed. Unfortunately, he never came by as promised. We finally had a electrician check it when he came to do other electrical work around the house. Its most unfortunate that once the check is cashed the customer service is over:( Learned our lesson, check EVERYTHING before they leave or you won't see them again.

There were no issues with the interactions, but they were just not able to provide the best bid. Their guy came by and looked the roof and gave me the quote. It was an average experience with them.

We recently purchased an older home. The roof looked to be in poor condition, but the owner of Henderson Roofing informed us that it had a few years of life left. We appreciated this honesty. For cosmetic reasons, we chose to move forward with re-roofing. Henderson was a punctual, efficient, courteous company to work with. We had no problems during the process, which took only two days. We have had no problems with the finished product. The crew cleaned up every stray shingle and nail - our patio and the perimeter of the house actually looked better than before the crew began work (that's how thorough their cleanup process is). I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

They are the best in the area. They're very organized, use people that are experienced in the trade and complete their work in a timely fashion. They did a very good job and I had no problems with them.
