I've had a good experience. They come out twice a year and they are great. In fact the guys sits down and drinks coffee with us. They work with us real well and if we are unable to pay the charges he will allow us to make payments. They are real good people to work with and I wouldn't change anybody. The price was reasonable because other places were much higher. He does real well. He is right on time when he says. This is his first stop because he lives out here by us. I've used him for 7 years.

I called Cook's and asked for an inspection. John Alsbrooks called and scheduled a time to come evaluate my home. He was right on time. He was professional and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He drew up our contract that day and explained everything to me in great detail. We needed termite service immediately, so they were there two days later installing what we needed. Ricky Turner comes once a month to take care of the pest control. He is also incredibly friendly and professional. He explains everything and answers our questions. He calls and lets us know when he is coming and is prompt. I use another provider for my home in another state, and the service I receive from Cook's is unbelievably better. I highly recommend them.

We've been with them for over 30 years. They pretty much do whatever we want them to do inside or out. They are very responsive. If there is a problem between visits they will show up and do whatever without any charge. They are dependable.

Their service has been fine. Each time I have a problem, I call them. I have been using them for about two years.
